FAQ

What is a good LTV:CAC ratio?

A common rule of thumb is about 3:1. Below 1:1 you lose money on every customer; far above 3:1 may mean you could spend more to grow.

Should LTV use revenue or profit?

Use gross profit after product cost and per-order fees, so it is comparable to CAC.
