FAQ

How do I calculate CBM?

Length × width × height in centimetres ÷ 1,000,000 gives cubic metres per carton; multiply by the number of cartons.

What is chargeable weight in air freight?

The greater of actual gross weight and volumetric weight (cm³ ÷ 6000 under IATA’s general rule). We round up to the next 0.5 kg, a common airline practice; your carrier’s rounding may differ.

What does W/M mean for LCL?

Weight or measurement: the forwarder bills whichever is greater, cubic metres or metric tons (1 CBM treated as 1,000 kg).
